SHANGHAI, 17 May, 2017 -- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company"), a global leader in the photovoltaic industry (PV), today announced that it has provided 686KW high efficiency solar panels to power the first athletic arena PV installation in Israel. JinkoSolar has provided 686KW high-efficiency modules to Teddy Stadium in Jerusalem, Israel. Being executed in partnership with Inbar, the project is the first athletic arena in Israel with a solar energy system. This 686-killowatt capacity photovoltaic system generates over 1.2 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, saving about NIS 500,000 of electricity costs every year and mitigates 700 tons of greenhouse gases released annually.
