The Spanish Organization of Consumers and Users (OCU) is an independent, non-profit private association that was created in 1975 to promote the interests of consumers and help them assert their rights. The main objective of the OCU study was to determine the performance and quality of the photovoltaic panels. OCU has tested 18 PV panels (265-295 Wp) among the most popular panels in Spain. The analysis included visual and technical verification of the products.
