Shanghai, June 21, 2017 -- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE:JKS), a global leader in the photovoltaic (“PV”) industry, today announced that they have delivered 1120pcs of high-efficiency solar modules to Senwes, a leading agriculture group in South Africa. All modules have been installed in the silo campus of Senwes in Hennenman city. 107-year old Senwes Group is a well-known enterprise, providing various farm machinery and agricultural services. This collaboration between JinkoSolar and Senwes Group will definitely bring a win-win situation — with installed capacity of 358kw, the whole solar system could generate more than 470,000kwh per year and also save62% of prevailing electricity tariff for Hennenman silo. Francois Strydom, Group Chief Executive of Senwes, said: “With green power from JinkoSolar, we can reduce approximately 1kg CO2/kWh. This matches the idea of green production and sustainability objectives of Senwes Group.” “We are delighted to partner with Senwes Group to provide exceptional ROI and help reduce greenhouse gas emission.” Commented Gulnara Abdullina, JinkoSolar's General Manager of Middle East Asia and Africa, “JinkoSolar has been exploring different applications and providing one-stop solutions to meet investors’ demands.
