The ADSs will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 14, 2010 under the symbol "JKS." All of the 5,835,000 ADSs sold in the offering were sold by JinkoSolar. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 875,250 additional ADSs from JinkoSolar to cover over-allotments.
