Mới đây – Công ty TNHH JinkoSolar (gọi tắt là “JinkoSolar” hoặc “Công ty”) (mã NYSE: JKS), một trong những nhà sản xuất mô đun mặt trời lớn nhất và sáng tạo nhất thế giới, vừa thông báo rằng sau khi hiệu suất chuyển đổi tế bào quang điện đơn tinh thể của pin JinkoSolar TOPCon loại N phá vỡ kỷ lục, các mô đun đơn tinh thể loại N được phát triển mới nhất của công ty đã được thử nghiệm bởi tổ chức bên thứ ba có thẩm quyền là TÜV Rheinland. Trên thực tế, các mô đun loại N của Jinko đã đạt hiệu suất chuyển đổi cao kỷ lục là 23,01%, phá vỡ kỷ lục thế giới trước đó là 22,39% do chính JinkoSolar thiết lập vào tháng 1 năm 2020.
JinkoSolar đã đạt được thành tích xuất sắc này nhờ vào công nghệ tích hợp dọc hàng đầu trong ngành. Công nghệ này tích hợp công nghệ tế bào quang điện hiệu suất cao TOPCon loại N và thiết kế mô đun mật độ năng lượng cao của công ty với công nghệ đóng gói và hàn mạch tiên tiến để tăng mức hấp thụ quang của tế bào quang điện và giảm tổn hao do nội trở, cũng như tăng tỷ lệ diện tích tế bào quang điện trong mô đun, nhằm đạt được bước đột phá hơn nữa về hiệu suất đồng thời cải thiện đáng kể tính thẩm mỹ của của mô đun.
