(the “Company”, or “JinkoSolar”) (NYSE:JKS), one of the largest and most innovative solar module manufacturers in the world, announced that JinkoSolar jointly with Sungrow provided a complete solution for the Kfar Ruppin floating project in Israel. A total number of 7.1MW JinkoSolar high-efficiency modules were installed in this project and will generate clean energy continuously in the next 30 years. The Kfar Ruppin floating power plant will contribute to achieving the object that 30% of the national electricity will be generated by renewable energy by 2030. Israel is a country that lacks water resources and has many deserts. Protecting water resources has become an essential aspect of the construction of PV projects. JinkoSolar’s high-efficiency modules will effectively help the Kfar Ruppin floating project reduce water evaporation losses to protect Israel’s precious water resources while providing stable power generation performance to lower the LCOE.
